Our dream has finally come together; to provide lots of fun and beautiful things with which to craft. You should find our professionally designed website clear and easy to use. You should find our service friendly and efficient. You should also find that 3 Tails is a professionally run business. We operate out of commercial premises and have invested in technology to support the the smooth operation of our systems. While you should find that everything works as it should, this should not take the fun out of crafting, it is just our effort to make it easier for you.

Our aim has been to provide from our payment options at least one that suits you, if not please let us know. We have also set our sights on ensuring that you only pay for the postage you need. We use Australia Post software to calculate the real cost of posting your card making or scrapbooking supplies.

We have high expectations of ourselves and so should you. 3 Tails has been founded by dedicated crafters who understand attention to detail and customer service. If we don't meet your expectations, we want you to let us know. However, it is our mission to do whatever we can to help you enjoy paper craft.
